Ceramic beads (Mullite beads)

A kind of new product developed by our company , use special grade bauxite and industrial calss alumin as raw materials. Melting at arc furnace then use high pressure water fog made the materials to littfeball shape . With low reversible thermal expansion, excellent resistance to cracking and spalling . Used as casting materials .

SiO2 : 14-18%
Fe2O3 : 1.5-2%
CaO : 1.5% max
MgO : 1.5%

Size : 0.5mm to 0.045mm as per technical requirement
